Introduction

Find out the strengths and weaknesses of your personality and how you are perceived by your friends, family members and co-workers using the CRITERION Inventory Series (CIS).

In less then 30 minutes, a 194-item questionnaire can be administered, scored and the results returned to the authorized recipient (either an individual, small business owner or large corporate HR department) for only $10.00 (USD) per questionnaire.

2 Reports

The Criterion Personality Inventory Series is comprised of two seperate and distinct reports. One measures the six dimensions of personality and the other measures occupational performance traits. Many occupations and positions require certain personality characteristics for success and effectiveness. The challenge is to match the characteristics of the person to the demands of the job and to the characteristics desired by the employer. Since this report is computer generated, it is possible that a comment or two may not apply to every person who takes this Inventory.

Characteristics
The Criterion is a self-report that describes the characteristics of a person at this point in their life. Personalities can be adversely influenced by stressful factors such as divorce, illness, unemployment, financial hardship, etc. High levels of stress are usually reflected in low scores on many scales. This report can be used as a guideline for those wishing to modify some facet of their personality by indicating where improvement may be beneficial.

Performance

The Criterion also indicates occupational performance characteristics. Many occupations and positions require certain personality characteristics in order for the person to be challenged, effective, and successful. The Criterion can be used for selecting employees, planning a career, promotion or as an indicator of ones own effectiveness in dealing with others.

This report is a summary of this person's self-perception and how they think they are perceived by others.
